Aidan’s Nuveen Green Capital Story

Aidan graduated from Middlebury College with an undergraduate degree in Economics. Since graduating, Aidan has been working with developers, property owners, and contractors to secure PACE financing across the Upper Midwest. He believes PACE provides an effective market-based solution to lower energy usage in existing buildings and new developments alike.

 Aidan’s daily contributions to the team at Nuveen Green Capital center on deal flow, as his primary responsibility is to assist borrowers and project developers to secure the funding they need to complete their projects and enhance their returns on investment
