David’s Nuveen Green Capital Story

David serves as a Transaction Manager for the California Business Development team. In this role, David is responsible for deal origination, structuring, underwriting, and closing. Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, David worked as a commercial real estate credit analyst at California Bank & Trust (an affiliate of Zions Bancorp). David also served as a paralegal specialist with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division following his graduation from college and prior to graduate school.

David holds a M.S. Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a B.A. Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
