Heather’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Heather is responsible for managing deal flow and underwriting in the New York and Upper Midwest markets. She is excited to leverage her passion for CRE with PACE financing to continue to drive the industry forward.
Before joining Nuveen Green Capital, Heather worked at an owner/operator in Manhattan in Asset Management and has more than 4 years of experience in the CRE industry.
Heather has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and double majored in Statistics and Economics. In Heather’s spare time, she enjoys catching a college basketball game, going for hikes, playing cards, and running around the parks of New York City.
