Karen’s Nuveen Green Capital Story

Karen is the Construction Loan Manager at Nuveen Green Capital. She’s responsible for managing all disbursements to our contractors.  She brings a proven track record of success in the administration/banking industry which necessitated her to supervise commercial loan operations and manage loan servicing departments while working closely with Senior Loan Officers. Karen’s previous experience supplied her with the “best of both worlds” knowledge in loan activity within the banking industry.

Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management at Southern Connecticut State University. While in undergraduate school, she developed, coordinated and maintained programs to mentor positive intellectual, emotional and social living environments as well as assisted in the betterment of the community as a Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. charter member.
