Kate’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Kate is excited to combine her experience in real estate loan financings with the mission of bringing clean energy solutions to commercial property owners.
Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, she spent the last twelve years working on a variety of matters including the representation of lenders and borrowers in senior and mezzanine loan financings, as well as buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Kate received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, Kate interned at the Securities & Exchange Commission.
