Michael’s Nuveen Green Capital Story
Michael is an experienced commercial real estate finance lender and leads Nuveen Green Capital’s business development initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Michael held positions in several large financial institutions specializing in providing Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) financing to commercial real estate owners. Michael is excited to offer C-PACE financing to property owners in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. Michael is enthusiastic about Green Buildings and is actively engaged with the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) professional programs.
