Sarth’s Nuveen Green Capital Story

Sarth serves as a Transaction Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Mountain West regions at Nuveen Green Capital.  Prior to Nuveen Green Capital, Sarth worked at SunTrust Bank as a CRE Portfolio Manager, underwriting and servicing a portfolio of loans across the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-South markets.  He also participated in a 1-year leadership development program at the bank before stepping into the CRE Portfolio Manager role. 

For Sarth, working at Nuveen Green Capital is a perfect way for him to apply his CRE background within the sustainability sector, one that he is passionate about.  When he’s not underwriting transactions, Sarth is usually running with his husky, Evo, or going on hikes with his kindle and hammock in hand.

Sarth received his undergraduate degrees in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
