Tess’ Nuveen Green Capital Story

Tess serves as a Clean Energy Program Development Manager at Nuveen Green Capital. She plays a key role in expanding Nuveen Green Capital’s footprint in active markets and implementing C-PACE programs in new municipalities.

Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Tess was Development Coordinator for Government Partnerships at Environmental Defense Fund (EDF). At EDF, she managed portfolios of international government donors while identifying and evaluating funding opportunities. Tess also served as the Environmental Initiatives Specialist at The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where she was responsible for the agency’s engagement with offshore wind developers and managed the Clean Vessel Incentive Program. Additionally, Tess was a DOE Scholar at the U.S. Department of Energy.

Tess obtained her Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University, a Certificate in Business Analytics from Cornell University, and her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Seton Hall University.
